 Extensive analysis of loan underwriting deficiencies of large portfolio losses for expert witness testimony in re: FDIC/FSLIC v. Sunrise Savings and Loan Association, West Palm Beach, Florida. Duties included coordination of deposition preparatory work, interrogatories, and requests for discovery with litigation team.

Bankruptcy Estate Management/Liquidation

 Member of Bankruptcy Court appointed Liquidating Agent team responsible for management and orderly settlement of a bankruptcy estate consisting of $10,000,000 in assets, including airport runway leasehold warehouses at BWI Airport and Philadelphia International Airport, environmentally plagued residential development, farm land, and patents for non-toxic disinfectant.

Member of Bankruptcy Court appointed Liquidating Agent team responsible for successful liquidation of WVOC-AM and WCEZ-FM, Columbia, South Carolina, to a third party for in excess of $2,500,000. Duties also included supervision of stations for approximately twelve (12) months, including successful negotiation of sports network contract.

 Asset Management and Liquidation

 Senior Asset Manager responsible for management, work-out and/or liquidation of $90,000,000 in assets from portfolios held by Resolution Trust Corporation and The Maryland Deposit Insurance Fund Corporation with primary emphasis on residential ADC projects, hotels/motels, retail/warehouse projects, and marina projects. Responsibilities included participation in Senior Credit Committee for all loan/asset disposition approvals.

 Prepare and review asset management and disposition plans for FDIC/RTC assets pursuant to contract between FDIC contractor and FDIC.


 Real Estate Loan Officer/Vice President responsible for management and liquidation of real estate loan portfolios.

 Prepared 5 year cash flow and tax shelter projections for $75,000,000 of real estate syndications.
