Management of the receiverships and assets has required review and approval of leases, receivables, payables, payroll, maintenance, repairs, checking accounts, management company activities, contracts, leasing, collections, taxes, zoning, permitting, and reporting to the appropriate courts of all activities.

Portfolio Management

Contract management of a real estate portfolio consisting of an industrial park in Westminster, MD, a 15,000 sf mansion operating as a catering hall in Pikesville, MD, a 232-lot single family subdivision in Bel Air, MD, an 80-unit apartment with approvals for a 256-unit redevelopment plan, and a site planned for a 312-unit townhouse development.

Asset Management and Liquidation

Senior Asset Manager responsible for approximately $94 million in asset disposition including design, implementation, and ongoing management of the marketing efforts for the portfolios of six failed savings and loans with combined assets of more than $1 billion. Supervision of five asset managers and the management of a $50 million portfolio of loans and assets. Member of the Receivership's Review Committee for all loan/asset disposition approvals.

Institutional

Management, evaluation and disposition of 1,500 single family lots in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and California. Management and disposition of $27 million portfolio of single family housing, condominiums, raw land, subdivisions, multi-family and commercial projects. Asset evaluation and review for potential financial institution acquisition.

Independent

Planning and Project Coordinator for joint venture purchases and development of land and commercial ventures. Residential land sales to builders and developers in the greater Puget Sound area.

Land sales to builders and developers to supply inventory for home/condominiums sales offices. Management and training of sales agents, sales promotion, advertising and production supervision.
